163rd IIT Scouts Group

Creating a Better World

Welcome to 163rd IIT Scouts Group.

The Scouts Canada program is in harmony with the values that we cherish as Muslims, and is flexible in accommodating the religious practices of Muslims and other faith communities.

Scouts programs help develop self-confidence, teamwork and leadership skills. Scouting helps young people learn about and respect the environment, their communities and their world.

The mission of Scouting is to contribute to the education of young people, through a value system based on the Scout Promise and Law, to help build a better world where people are self-fulfilled as individuals and play a constructive role in society.

2nd Annual Indoor Campfire

The 163rd IIT's Scout Gorup would like to cordially invite everyone to our 2nd Annual Indoor Campfire which will be held at the IIT gymnasium on Saturday March 6th. Our Scouts, Cubs and Beavers will showcase their talents to their parents, friends and the wider community.

We are looking for volunteers to work with our Scouts Section (11 to 14 year old youth) and the Group Committee. If you have experience in planning and organizing activities for children and would like to get involved with our program, please contact Scouter Ashfaque (ashfaque@163rdiit.com).
